Old House Windows

Neil and I are needing some work done on a few of our homes original windows. Does anyone have any recommendations for this type of work? I'm a little fearful to just pick someone out of the phone book. Please let me know, we would really like to have it done before winter arrives. Thanks

I had mine scraped and recaulked and painted. The work was good, maybe pricey but I knew the family so went with it if you want I will give you the name.

three large two small(2'x3' and one medium (5'/3') window with multiple panes in top frame was $600.00 that was spring of 2009. The job was well done if you would like to chek it out let me know. His son and daughter-in-law live in teh tree streets now and I work with his wife. lyn

Lisa- Danny Van Dyke did our windows. Why don't you talk to him. I don't know if he does work like this anymore but he could probably give you an idea on what needs to be done to them and what to expect to pay.
