BZA April 1--Be there!

April 1 at 6pm the Board of Zoning Appeals will hear Evolve's request to allow them to provide parking on the State of Franklin side of the property.

The meeting will be in the Commission Chamber at City Hall.

We need to write to all the members of the BZA. Remember they are voting about the parking on the SOF side of the property- not about what it should be zoned.

I will post the emails of the board when I find them. At the moment I can't find the names on the city website.

If the BZA doesn't approve the change Evolve will have re-do the site plan of the property. At that point they may have to lose a building to provide more parking or possibly give up on the project. (we hope)
