What is the official day and times of Tree Streets trick or treating?

The Walnut Street businesses are having their Halloween festivities on Wednesday, October 31, from 3-5 p.m. Usually all the kids from that event make their way into the Tree Streets for the remainder of the evening.

So Wednesday, October 31, would be the day to have your bags of candy ready to be handed out. And the emphasis is on "bags", plural.
