Tree Streets Neighborhood

Johnson City, Tennessee • Southside Neighborhood Organization

Whoever stole all my peaches is a sorry neighbor. I came home after working out in the heat all day to find someone had picked every last one of my peaches. I had promised a bucket to a friend and had planned on making peach butter this weekend. I know who you are. My neighbors saw you. I would also like to inform you that taking any kind of produce off of someones property without permission is a felony punishable by law. I would also like to tell everyone who has walked by and enjoyed a peach or two, that because of this one greedy person , I am cutting down the peach tree. I am tired of taking care of it all year to have one greedy nieghbor come and steal all of them. This has happened almost every year. No wonder everyone is putting up fences. If you like peaches that much then why don't you plant your own peach tree. How would you like it if I came and started picking your flowers or stuff out of your garden? I also will be installing a security camera so you better stay out of my yard.

This was no squirrel. I had so many there was plenty for the squirrels, rabbits and everyone else who wanted some. This person is just self serving and greedy . They even shook the branches to make sure they got all of them. It has happened before.
