Wrong way Police

Does anyone know why a police car was speeding down 600 block of Pine Street last night around 9:30PM?  It's lights were out and it was going the wrong way.

Hmmm not sure unless they were trying to catch someone?  being sneaky?  Not very safe if someone speeding going the "right" way down Pine. One of my neighbors on the 700 blocks motorcycle was stolen last week.... Right off the street. It has since been recovered and the men caught. I would like to know who these young men were and see if they can be linked to other crimes in the area.
