I have used Dan's Chimney as well. He is expensive, but gets the job done. He cleaned out both chimneys, repointed both chimneys, and capped one for about $2,000. I have also used Chimney Joe. They reflashed both chimneys to stop leaks and did a few other odd jobs with the gutters and eaves for around $500. So far so good.
