Our daughter's orange and white scooter was stolen from the covered area of the Montrose Court parking area between Friday, Sept. 20th and Sunday, Sept. 22nd. Our family does not live on the tree streets, but our daughter will soon. We invested a great deal of research into this community before purchasing a condo at the Montrose. We are thrilled to be a part of the new HOA at Montrose as well as the improvements being made there.
