Small Dog Found on Walnut St

Today we found a little dog on Walnut St running around looking in the windows at Shamrock and frantically going around in circles. He wouldn't let me get close, but eventually he let my husband pet him. He didn't want to be picked up, and we didn't want to leave him out in the rain and cold, so we had no choice than to call Animal Control. We snapped a couple of pictures - if you know the owner of this dog, please let them know that he is at the animal shelter!
