Recommendations for Yard Work and Odd Jobs?

I need to hire somebody to pull weeds and clean out gutters - any recommendations?

How high are your gutters and do you have a ladder that will reach them?

I don't have a ladder. The gutter height varies depending on where the attic raises and drops and if it's over the side of the house with the walk-out basement. So they vary from 1 story to 3 story.
