Model Mills development plan changes again

Evolve Development has submitted their latest plan for the Model Mills site on Walnut Street. This new plan now includes: five four-story apartment buildings and includes all of the Mize Farm & Garden property. There will be no retail on the site.

They will present before the Board of Zoning Appeals on Tuesday, January 14, 2014 at 9 a.m.
