Model Mill Rezoning Brought To Re-Vote

Johnson City Commissioners will have to reconsider their recent decision to rezone the former Model Mill property to allow for an apartment complex.

Commissioners voted 3-2 for the rezoning April 3, but they learned Monday that the city did not follow proper procedures through the process, because adequate public notice was not given for the second reading.
