Missing black cat

Neighbors are missing their small black cat.  The cat is missing one eye and I don't think he has a collar on.  His name is Willie and was last seen Sunday 3/10 in the alley on the 700 block between Pine and Locust.

The cat is very friendly and is used to using a doggie door.  I have had to stop him from coming into my house before.

I saw a small black cat today on the 400 block of Maple.  It had some white on its neck, so I do not know if that was Willie.  I had never seen the cat before.
