Mills Project Grows to Include Fifth Buidling

Today's Johnson City Press details how the proposed development of the Model Mills has now grown to include a fifth building for a total of 200 apartments.

A meeting is scheduled for 6 p.m., Monday, Nov. 18, at the Holston Methodist Conference Center on the corner of Buffalo Street and West Maple Street.
