Hi Tree Streets Friends!

  My hubby Michael and I are looking for a home in the your neighborhood. We want to be able to walk, ride our bikes or ride a bus to the college and to the downtown area, using our car only occasionally. The house should be in the $125-$135,000 range and have minimum 2 BRS, 1 1/2 Baths with a dining room. A garden space would be icing on the cake, and additional attic, basement or bedroom space would be heaven. We're willing to do some repairs and renovations, but not major construction! If you know of such a place, please let me know. We're working with a realtor and I believe we've seen all the MLS listings but there may be private sales that we aren't aware of. Sam:  I have a house for you.  You would have a wonderful neighbor, who cooks all the time and gives the food away so she wont have to eat it, and never bothers you.  She only speaks when spoken to. It is a story and half brick with a front porch, a sun room, a large living room witha fireplace, double archway into a dining room, and not much of a kitchen.  There are 3 bedrooms and 2 baths downstairs, 2 bedrooms and 1 bath upstairs, large basement with outside entrance, but not finished.  It is for storage only.  There is a large back yard that is fenced in that would be a great garden, and off the street parking in the rear for 2 cars. It was a rental house, so it needs some TLC, but I think the price would make it worth your while.  THe owner lives in the DC area, and inherited it.  You need to call Sam Fullen 975 6633 and talk to him about it.  It is not on the market yet, but he is in touch with the owner.We would really love to have you guys  here in the tree streets.
