How to pay dues?

Having read the bylaws, I see that the only real obstacle to membership (having purchased and moved into a house in the neighborhood) is paying one's dues.

There is no information on this site about how much such dues are per household, nor any information as to how or where one goes about paying said dues.

Any advice would be deeply appreciated.
