I was told today by my neighbor the he saw 3 young gentlemen painting over the grafiti on the old Miller Tire Building on corner of Sevier and Walnut.  He said there was a policeman standing there watching them do it, so evidentloy they were caught , and that was part of their punishment.   Good for them!!!!
