Event Description
Evolve had delayed the 3rd reading at the city commission to get this step done so they can present a formal site plan to the city commission.
The request before the BZA from Evolve is to allow parking on the State of Franklin side of the property. Currently this is not allowed. Evolve solution is to build a berm to hide the vehicles. Please write the board members to show your disapproval of this appeal. Remember, this is not about what it is zoned but the parking situation.
